Сегодня, весенним мартовским днем я решила провести ревизию своей морозильной камеры. Как правило за летний период, я заготавливаю в ней достаточное количество ягод и овощей на зиму. Наступает момент, когда смотришь на календарь и понимаешь, что уже скоро созреет новый урожай, а морозильную камеру необходимо освобождать от старых запасов. В этот раз я предлагаю вам испечь вкуснейший пирог с сочной вишневой начинкой. Готовится такой пирог просто, а съедается моментально. Вишню в пироге можно использовать как замороженную, так и свежую.
Необходимые ингредиенты:
Рецепт «вишневый пирог»
Размягченное сливочное масло в глубокой миске растираем с сахаром до однородного состояния.
Добавляем сметану и перемешиваем.
Муку смешиваем с разрыхлителем и постепенно добавляем в миску. Вымешиваем тесто для пирога.
Распределяем тесто по форме, делаем бортики и убираем в холодильник на 30 минут.
Пока настраивается тесто, мы приготовим крошку. Смешиваем в миске муку, размягченное сливочное масло и сахарную пудру. Здесь я рекомендую использовать именно сахарную пудру, а не сахар. Поскольку пирог будет посыпаться крошкой сверху, то сахар, из-за отсутствия в ней жидкости не раствориться и после выпекания будет откровенно хрустеть на зубах, что не всем понравится. Перемешиваем все ингредиенты кончиками пальцев до состояния крошки.
Достаем форму из холодильника, посыпаем тесто половиной крахмала и сверху выкладываем вишню. Если вы, как и я используете замороженную вишню, то перед приготовлением ее необходимо предварительно разморозить и отжать. Затем вишню посыпаем второй половиной крахмала.
Посыпаем вишневый пирог крошкой и ставим форму в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30-40 минут.
Пирог с вишневой начинкой получается рассыпчатым, мягким и очень вкусным.
