Для рецепта потребуется:300г миндальных лепестков4 желтка150г сахара40г муки50г растопленного сливочного маслащепотка соливаниль
Ставим разогреваться духовку на 170 градусов.Смешиваем сахар с солью и мукой. Добавляем к ним растопленное сливочное масло, ваниль и желтки. Перемешиваем до однородности… ложкой, без фанатизма… как и договаривались… левой ногой.
Добавляем миндальные лепестки, еще раз перемешиваем и тесто готово.
Через сервировочное кольцо выкладываем тесто тонким слоем на противень застеленный пекарской бумагой и несем выпекать до золотистого цвета. Минут на 15.Готовые печения кладем на скалку или стакан, чтобы придать им чуть изогнутую форму (можно и опустить этот шаг, но красотищу еще никто не отменял, да и вид, что ты хозяюшка, хозяюшка, поддерживать надо жеж?!). В таком виде даем им полностью остыть.Остывшие печенья чуть присыпаем сахарной пудрой и (стыдно кому сказать) – это все! Готово, очень вкусно и пора… Пора подавать, пора пробовать, пора наслаждаться, пора радовать домашних вкусным чаем с…С изумительно вкусным, домашним, миндальным печеньем!. Угощайтесь!
