Остужаем и вынимаем из формы.И можно подавать. Пирог получается очень сочный. Яблоки пропекаются и это уже яблочное пюре с тонкой лимонной кислинкой, тесто почти невесомое, и только сладость от него и похрустывание орешек и приятные взрывы клюквы.
