Тефтели с рисом в томатном соусе


Хлеб замочить в воде, фарш смешать с приправами, чесноком, и измельченным луком.Добавить измельченный хлеб и рис. Перемешать, сформировать тефтели и выложить на сковороду.

В горячем масле обжарить муку, добавить томатную пасту и обжарить с мукой, добавить бульон и перемешать, добавить щепотку сахара. Проварить 5 минут. Соусом залить тефтели и тушить 15 минут.


100% натуральная паста Помидорка 2 ч.л.

Мясной фарш 200 г.

Отварной рис 90 г.

Хлеб 60 г.

Бульон 500 мл.

Масло растительное 2 ст.л.

Мука 1 ст.л.

Лук 1/2 шт.
