Картофельный форшмак

 Мелко нарезанный лук обжарить, картофель отварить и размять, смешать с луком, добавить размоченный хлеб, мелко нарубленную сельдь, сметну или майонез, яйцо, натертое яблоко, добавить мускатный орех и перемешать. Форму смазать маслом, посыпать сухарями и наполнить форшмаком. Запекать в горячей духовке при температуре 180*С – 45-50 минут. 

Картофель 3 шт.

Сельдь 1 шт.

Хлеб 100 г.

Яйцо 1 шт.

Яблоко 1/2 шт.

Майонез 3/4 стак.

Растительное масло 1 ст.л.

Лук 1/2 шт.

Мускатный орех 1/4 ч.л.

Сухари

    When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are
