Фасоль залить водой и оставить на 8-10 часов. Варит 55 минут. Слить, отвар оставить. Измельчить лук и зелень. Обжарить в масле. Добавить муку и томат пасту. Добавить фасоль, перемешать и разбавить отваром от фасоли. Посолить и добавить уксус. Протушить 5 минут.Фасоль 1 стакан.Томатная паста 1 1/2 ст.л.Лук репчатый 1/2 шт.Масло растительное 2 ст.л.Уксус 1 ч.л.Соль 1/2 ч.л.Сахар 1/2 ч.л.Зелень петрушки
