Блюдо получилось очень нежным, с лёгким сливочным ароматом. Соус
густой, обволакивающий.
Если есть привязанность к сильным вкусам и ароматам, то при
приготовлении соуса в него нужно дополнительно положить специи.
По этому рецепту можно готовить цветную капусту, брокколи, зелёную
фасоль, кабачки.

400~500г брюссельской капусты (или других овощей)

1 ч ложка муки (5г), 250г 10~20% сливок, 1/3 ч ложки соли, перец

В подсолённой воде отварить брюссельскую капусту. При варке любой
капусты желательно добавлять ломтик лимона, он убирает специфический
серный привкус и аромат капусты.
Слить воду с капусты.
Разрезать кочанчики пополам, а если они больше грецкого ореха, то на 4

Поджаривать при постоянном помешивании до лёгкого покраснения и

Убрать сковороду с огня. Через минуту налить в неё сливки. Если наливать
сливки на раскалённую сковороду, то они будут брызгаться.

Насыпать соль и перец.
Поставить сковороду обратно на огонь и при помешивании довести соус до

Положить в соус отваренную брюссельскую капусту.

Перемешать и прогреть всё вместе примерно 1 минуту на минимальном огне.
Если муки было слишком много и соус сильно загустеет, разбавить его
дополнительными сливками или молоком.
Снять сковороду с огня, накрыть крышкой и дать постоять 5 минут, чтобы
капуста пропиталась сливочным ароматом.
Подавать блюдо в горячем или тёплом виде.
