Этот рецепт – альтернатива классической варёной кукурузе.
Кроме солоноватого вкуса кукуруза ещё приобретает сливочно-чесночный аромат.

4 початка кукурузы молочной спелости, ~30г сливочного масла,
1~2 зубчика чеснока, ~1,5 ч ложки соли

У початка кукурузы отогнуть листья, чтобы обнажились зёрна. Листья не обрывать.
Кукурузные рыльца отделить.

Сливочное масло комнатной температуры смешать с продавленным через пресс чесноком и солью.
Масло намазать на початки. Удобнее всего для нанесения масла использовать
кулинарную кисть.

Листья отогнуть в прежнее положение.
Закатать початки по отдельности в фольгу.

Запекать в духовке при t=200~220°C 1 час.
