Начнем… Смешиваем вместе все подготовленные ингредиенты, кроме муки, она для панировкихорошо перемешиваем, снимаем пробу и только при необходимости досаливаем и естественно перчим. Если Ваш творог был слишком влажным, таки добавьте ложку две муки.Теперь формуем сами палочки… на хорошо присыпанной мукой поверхности обваливаем, одновременно раскатывая и панируя столовую ложку теста, придаем ей форму палочки приблизительно сантиметровой толщины.Из заявленного количества продуктов у меня получается штук 12-14 палочек. Теперь ставим разогреваться сковородус толстым дном и растительным маслом уверенно закрывающим дно сковороды. Обжариваем палочки со всех сторон до золотистого цвета, на огне выше среднего, чтобы от обжаривания мучная корочка сразу схватывалась и палочки не растекались плавясь. ГОтовые выкладываем на бумажное полотенце, пока жарится другая партия и сразу накрываем на стол.
Чтобы успеть попробовать горяченькими, с пылу жару, пока тянется восхитительными тонкими ниточками, расплавленный сыр. Подаем либо просто со сметанкой. Либо к бульону, либо со свежим салатом. Это очень вкусно. И остывшими тоже. Как и вся творожная выпечка – это нежно, как вся сырная – изысканно, Да и вкусовые взрывы во рту помидорной сладости и перечной остроты – это как минимум очень пикантно! Угощайтесь!
