чеснока и болгарского перца дало исключительно вкусный запах, которым
пропитались дольки шампиньонов.
Эта закуска хороша не только в холодном виде, но и с пылу с жару, прямо
из сковороды.
Хочу обратить внимание на количество шампиньонов в рецепте.
Это количество расчитано на 2-х сытых едоков.
Я советую готовить эту закуску как минимум из 0,5кг грибов.

СОСТАВ
250г шампиньонов, 2 маленьких болгарских перца (~150г),
80~90г растительного масла, ~1 ч ложка соли, 1 ч ложка мёда, перец,
2~3 ст ложки лимонного сока или 2мл 70% уксуса,
1~2 небольших зубчика чеснока, пучок укропа
Шампиньоны вымыть и нарезать пластинками.
Болгарский перец желательно взять красного или оранжевого цвета.
Перец вымыть, разрезать вдоль на 4 части и вырезать плодоножку с
семенами. Четвертушки перца нарезать поперёк тонкой соломкой.
В сковороде на большом огне разогреть растительное масло.
Насыпать перец и обжаривать при помешивании 2 минуты.
Положить в сковороду мёд, соль и перец. Размешать.
Насыпать порезанные шампиньоны, влить лимонный сок или уксус, хорошо
размешать и прогревать всё вместе примерно 0,5 минуты.
Снять сковороду с огня.
Положить в шампиньоны мелко нарезанные чеснок и укроп.
Когда грибы остынут, переложить их в банку и убрать в холодильник.
Выход: примерно 300мл.
