Хорошо перемешиваем.Выкладываем на противень застеленный пекарской бумагой кожицей вниз и несем выпекать в заранее разогретой на 200 градусов духовке до золотистости. Приблизительно 40 минут.За это время мелко рубим чеснок и ароматные травы освобождаем от твердых веточек, оставляя только листики и минут за 5 до готовности посыпаем ими картофель.
И совсем не обязательно подавать его как гарнир. Приготовьте к картофелю соус… сметанный, сырный, барбекю… и это совершенно полноценное блюдо. Полноценное и очень вкусное. Как и планировали с хрустящей корочкой и нежной мякотью. С приятным ароматом трав и чесночка. Просто, просто! А как вкусно?! Готовьте на здоровье и приятного Вам аппетита!
