Холодный суп из помидоров Гаспачо

Очищенный чеснок измельчить в пасту. Нарезать огурец и помидоры на произвольные кусочки. Положить в блендер, добавить измельченный хлеб, залить смесь небольшим количеством томатного сока и взбить до однородной массы. Продолжая взбивать добавить остальные тнгредиенты, оставшийся томатный сок и оливковое масло. Когда гаспачо приобретет однородную консистенцию, поставить его в холодильник.Приготовить гуарнисьон. Овощи нарезать мелкими кубиками и разложить по отдельным пиалам.

Сок томатный 1 л.Помидоры 2 шт.Чеснок 3 зуб.Огурец 2 шт.Перец сладкий 1/2 шт.Масло оливковое 3 ст.л.Уксус виноградный 6% 1 ст.л.Хлеб белый сухой 3 ломтикаСоль

Для гуарнисьон: Огурец 1 шт.Лук репчатый 1 шт.Перец сладкий 1 шт.Помидоры 2 шт.Гренки кубиками

Время приготовления 20 минут. 4 порции.

Примечание: Количество ингредиентов для гаспачо- довольно условно: по вкусу и настроению можно добавить то оливкового масла, то уксуса, то соли.
