Мне больше всего нравится именно этот способ приготовления желе
из смородины – на мой взгляд, приготовление желе по этому рецепту наименее
трудоемко.
Желе можно готовить из любой смородины – красной, белой или черной.
Зимой я развожу это желе водой и даю детям в качестве компота.
Кстати, разведенное желе из белой смородины было самым первым напитком,
который я давала детям (месяцев в 5~6). Только для детей я делала желе
практически без сахара – на 1 литр сока менее 1/4 стакана сахара.
СОСТАВ
На 1кг ягод смородины – 300~500г сахара
