Очень полезный витаминный напиток. Вкус – кисловато-горьковато-сладкий.

СОСТАВ
1кг рябины, 200г сахара, 1 стакан кипячёной воды

Рябину перебрать – очистить от веточек и испорченных ягод. Хорошо промыть.

Если рябина собиралась до заморозков, то ягоды уложить в п/э пакет и убрать в морозильник на 3 дня для удаления горечи.
Затем ягоды измельчить – пропустить через мясорубку или, лучше, прокрутить в блендере.
Влить в пюре 1 стакан охлаждённой кипячёной воды и размешать.
Отжать сок сначала через марлю, а потом второй раз – через более плотную ткань.
Всыпать сахар.
Довести сок до кипения, попробовать и при необходимости досыпать ещё сахар по вкусу.
Снять пену и разлить в подготовленные банки.
Герметично укупорить и укутать в одеяло.
