Пирожное безе с вафлями и орехами

Холодные белки взбиваем до появления плотной пены. Продолжая взбивать добавляем сахар, ванильный сахар и взбиваем еще 5 минут. В блендере измельчаем вафли. В плотно взбитые белки добавляем вафли, орехи, кокосовую стружку и сухофрукты. Аккуратно перемешиваем. Выкладываем на противень. Выпекаем при температуре 100*С – 90 минут.

Белки 3 шт.

Вафли 30 г.

Сахар 200 г.

Ванильный сахар 1 ч.л.

Сухофрукты 25 г.

Кокосовая стружка 15 г.

Грецкий орех 1 ст.л.

Время приготовления 110 минут. 22 шт.

  7. Heya just wanted to give you a quick heads
    up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly.

    I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and
    both show the same outcome.
