МИЛАНСКОЕ ПИРОЖНОЕ
6 желтков и 3 белка мешать с ¾ ф. мелкаго просеяннаго сахара, пока не побелеет, всыпать потом ½ стак. истолченаго сладкаго миндаля и штук 15 горькаго, ¼ чайной ложечки толченаго кардамона и столько же просеянной гвоздики и ¾ фунта крупичатой муки, все это размешать хорошенько, поставить тесто на лед, чтобы застыло, потом разложить его небольшими кучками на лист, намазанный воском и тотчас в печь. Подавать к кофе.
